Our comprehensive management style can be adapted to provide solutions to properties of all sizes, types and locations. We provide each property we manage with three major services; the first of which is administrative services. These include working closely with Boards and Homeowners to ensure that their goals for the community are met. Meetings are regularly scheduled to confirm management’s activities are in sync with owners’ requirements. The second is financial related services. We provide complete and timely reports to our Boards to keep them informed as to the status of their investment. We can provide virtually any required report as the situation dictates.
Lastly, are maintenance services. Our firms, through their years of experience and professional staff, are able to make certain that maintenance programs are in place to keep all the properties it manages in excellent condition. Through on-site inspections and an active work order system, we are able to ensure that matters which require attention, both imminent and preventive are accomplished.
