Alvin E. Gershen Associates, Inc., a well- established real estate consulting and planning concern, is also a multi-dimensional professional firm specializing in consulting for groups intending to develop real estate.

Incorporated in September of 1961, the firm is committed to the balance of various real estate development issues affecting the growth of our physical environment. These include social, financial and environmental considerations within an overall framework of sound practices.

Once construction is completed, we work in conjunction with our sister firms, Moderate Income Management Company and MICO Management Company, to provide a variety of additional services to assist our clients.

Alvin E. Gershen Associates specializes in developing affordable housing. Our experience in this field is quite extensive. Throughout our history, the firm has worked to construct over 5,500 units throughout the State of New Jersey, including senior and family housing.
